My Experience with Just Herbs Rejuvenating Beauty Elixir Facial Serum:

Just Herbs Rejuvenating Beauty Elixir Facial Serum comes in a brown glass bottle with dropper cap which is housed inside a bright pistachio colored carton box. Product detail pamphlet is also included inside the carton box. Product description and ingredient list in printed on outer packaging as well as on bottle.

The serum has different texture and it is like you have added oatmeal is dissolved in watery base 😀 it smells a little wheaty as well. Due to texture it gets stuck in the dropper which can be irritating at time. I feel with the texture this serum has, dropper packaging is not appropriate. but since most skin serum comes in this type packaging, they could have made the texture a bit smoother and less chunky.

I pat it on my skin after applying toner and before applying night cream or on lazy days mix it with my night cream and apply. It does not feel sticky on skin and gets absorbed into skin fast. My skin feels plump and healthier in morning and within a week’s use my skin looks visibly healthier and glowy. It makes my skin looks like beauty mode 😀 I loved that it lightens my freckles and teeny tiny marks but I can’t say anything about severe spots.

Overall Just Herbs Rejuvenating Beauty Elixir Facial Serum is my skin’s new found love and it makes my skin feel happy, healthy and beautiful. It makes skin look visibly even toned, brighter and more glowy 🙂 My skin loves it despite the cons. I though that it was costly when I received it but after using it I feel it does justice to the price plus it is free from petrochemicals, parabens, SLS/SLES PEG/PPG, Genetically modified ingredients(GMO), artificial fragrance and other synthetic ingredients.

Repurchase: Definitely yes. It works as Magic potion for my skin 🙂
Recommended: Absolutely yes.

In Avon catalog Avon Simply Pretty Color Me Pretty Nail Enamel Burnt Sand looked like bright coral Orange similar to Lotus Orange Alert but in reality it looks way lighter and exact peachy coral shade.

The packaging is cute and brush is perfect for application.

The pigmentation is quite sheer and you need minimum 2 coats to get color on your nails and 3 coats for opaque finish.

Avon Simply Pretty Nail Enamel Burnt Sand dries quickly so layering this is not a tough task. It sets in to gel nailpaints like finish and it definitely looks pretty and eye catchy 🙂 It stays on for 4-5 days when I do house chores then it starts to chip from the tips.

Final Verdict: 4/5

I love Avon Simply Pretty Color Me Pretty Nail Enamel Burnt Sand for the price. It gives nice gel nail like finish and stays put for 4-5 days. The color is pretty and spring-summer feel to it.

How do you use it?

On cleansed face apply an appropriate amount and massage in circular motion.

My Experience with Ananda Light Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin:

Ananda Light Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin comes in a clear plastic round tub with black screw open cap. Travel Friendly but some might find it unhygienic.

The texture of cream is very light water-based lotion like. It absorbs into skin quickly and doesn’t leave any residue behind. It does not make my combination skin feel greasy in transitioning weather. It took care of dry patches on my skin. It makes my skin feel soft and supple.

Ananda Light Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin smell really nice and soothing. Its scent is calming and I love it. This keeps skin hydrated and well moisturized. This does not have any SPF in it. Overall I love this cream for my combination skin.

Final Verdict: 4/5

Ananda Light Moisturizer for Normal to Dry Skin is perfect for normal, slightly dry and combination skin. Even oily skinned beauties can give it a try as this does not turn face greasy. Ingredient list is impressive but price tag is too high.

Recommended: Yes, if your skin needs hydration dose without feeling greasy and you do not mind price tag.
Repurchase: No, It is too pricey for my liking.

Casual Coffee Date OOTD

Heylo Everyone,

Happy Weekend! I’m super excited as my parents are coming to visit me today 🙂 Anyways coming to today’s OOTD/Outfit of the Day, I love coffee especially good filter coffee and more than that I love long drive for that 🙂 So few days back weather was awesome so we(I and Mr Hubby) decided to go for a coffee. So it was just a Casual Coffee Date or I call it CCD (Not Cafe Coffee Day) 😀 and here is what I wore in a jiffy 🙂

I love palazzos as they are comfy and stylish 🙂 and hence they qualify for perfect casual outing. So I have paired red printed palazzo with Teal cowl neck top. It was a little cool and windy that day so I wore my multi-purpose shrug as a layer 🙂

Accessories are simple just my DW watch and colorful metal bangles. My favorite black studded ballerinas and for bag I carried heart shaped fabbag which I received in valentine’s edition last year.

I kept my makeup minimal to just green eyeliner and bright coral lips.

I usually wash my hair every 3rd day but in summers I have to wash hair every alternate day. And since I exercise, my hair become little greasy due to sweat and grime and in summers that increases. Imagine you have to go for a sudden party like that!!! So I have heard dry shampoos come handy in such cases and today I’m here with review BBlunt Back to Life Dry Shampoo.

My Experience with BBlunt Back to Life Dry Shampoo:

BBlunt Back to Life Dry Shampoo comes in a sleek silver colored spray can with plastic cap(Similar to deodorant packaging). All BBlunt products come in travel size packaging as well. So packaging is travel friendly.

I have used this shampoo on my 3rd day hair, sprayed it as instructed 6 inches away from my scalp in different sections of hair close to roots and left for 2 mins. When I sprayed it left white powder on my hair but after 2 minutes when I brushed my hair, the white powder residue was gone and my hair looked refreshed and gained little volume. Flatness and grease was gone and hair looked more presentable. The smell is a bit overpowering for me and I felt heavy headed for the first time I’ve used it. So make sure you do not inhale much of this while spraying. The effect lasted on my normal hair, normal scalp all day. It did not irritate my scalp in any way. It works amazing if you use it as instructed.

Final Verdict: 4.5/5

BBlunt Back to Life Dry Shampoo is a good dry shampoo and does its job perfectly. It is easy to carry along in your purse. It does not leave any visible white/flaky residue after brushing and makes hair non-greasy and more voluminous and presentable. It feel light on hair. Please keep it in mind that it is not a substitute for normal shampoo. It has chemicals but it is very affordable option for emergency purpose.
